Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Abytoys.com. Our store offers free shipping to the U.S. on all order. The process time is 1 to 2 business days. We ship using FedEx Express (2 business days), FedEx Express Saver (3 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days).

We are currently available to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories ship via USPS with 10-15 day shipping or faster.

For your protection, we may require a signature on orders valued at $150.00 and above. If you would like to waive the signature requirement on your orders, please contact us by email at help@abytoys.com.

If you've realized you made an error with your order or shipping address after placing your order, please contact us by email at help@abytoys.com, so we may help adjust this before your order ships.

Shipping to multiple addresses in one order is not currently supported. To ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders with the desired shipping addresses.

Unfortunately, you cannot combine your orders. To combine orders, you need to cancel your order first and place a new order again.

Please check the delivery status of you order on the courier’s tracking site. If the status is DELIVERED but you have not received your order, or any other problem has occurred, please contact us right away. 

If you receive your package damage or already opened, please let us know within the next 24 hours of receiving the item.

 

On Display to Order Shipping Policy 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our On Display to Order (ODO) Shipping Policy.  ODO refers to products that are “available to order but are not available for immediate shipping”. Products will be shipped when they are available. 

All ODO orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
